Antonio Parada
Founder & Executive Producer
Antonio Parada is an award-winner creative producer with over 25 years of experience in the visual arts industry.
Raised by a family of artists and writers, Antonio made a name for himself as a producer in the New York advertising scene with Grey Global Group on the Coors and Pantene Latin America account, as well as independently producing notable work for Tribeca Performing Arts Center, and The Beatles: Rock Band video game.
Living in New York instilled an entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability that carried him through countless career reinventions. In 2005 he founded Engage Collective, a creative studio with a roster of over 50 directors and designers representing some of the top talent in the US and Latin America. Engage's client list includes Fortune 500 companies and media giants like Coca-Cola, Disney, Ford, HBO, Adidas and outstanding productions like "Waka Waka," the 2010 World Cup Anthem by Shakira which garnered over 3 billion views on YouTube.
In 2015, Antonio and his wife moved to Puerto Rico where they started a family and founded a transformative mixed-use creative space called Espacio Minerva in the Santurce arts district. Minerva became a driving force for the revitalization of Santurce, hosting art exhibitions, experimental culinary experiences, and providing jobs and cultural enrichment for the community with over 30,000 visitors in its first two years.
Antonio then relocated to Miami, FL where he became Head of Content for Product/81 creative lab where produced groundbreaking digital, interactive, and experiential programs for Ford in South Florida, the Miami Dolphins, Perez Art Museum Miami, and many other internationally recognized brands.
Today, Antonio continues to lead Engage Collective on the forefront of original content development, documentary filmmaking, and platform experiences that represent the future of content and entertainment.
Marisa Pujals
VP Strategist
Marketing enthusiast, growth catalyst and cultural insight hunter.
A 15-year career veteran, Marisa is an award-winning brand developer and strategic planner who is passionate about human understanding and connecting with audiences at a deep emotional level.
Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico; Marisa is a smart and enthusiastic leader who started her career in Procter & Gamble’s marketing team developing brand strategies for the US Hispanic market.
She transitioned to work and eventually led Strategic Planning departments at top advertising agencies such as: The Vidal Partnership (New York City), Ogilvy/ De La Cruz (New York/ Puerto Rico), and DDB (Puerto Rico).
She is passionate about uncovering deep insights to inspire creative ideas and multi functional teams.
Awarded with WAN- IFRA's 1st Place- Jury's Award for Ourstanding Digital Journalism Project during the Digital LATAM Festival (2018) for El Nuevo Día's multi-media anniversary special project "Maria, un nombre que nunca vamos a olvidar"; which captured impactful experience stories and providing help guides for Puerto Rican families who survived Hurricane Maria; the most powerful hurricane to hit the island in modern history.
As well as 2 Cannes Lions in outdoor (gold) and live advertising (bronze) for Amnesty International's Puerto Rico anti- death penalty campaign (2013); among other advertising strategy and marketing awards from Puerto Rico's leading advertising and marketing organizations. (Cuspide, Sales & Marketing Organization Awards, among others)
Her most recent role, as Director of Intelligence and Corporate Strategy for GFR Media (Puerto Rico) led the company to develop solid transformational internal strategies as well as delivering strong growth plans for top clients across health, retail, auto, education, consumer goods, telecom, and banking industries.
